Reusable breathing mask against droplet infection | FFP3

The high protection of an FFP3 mask is guaranteed by its multilayer fleece. However, this fleece makes it much harder to breathe than the fleece of an FFP2 mask. For this reason, the FFP3 mask requires a valve to facilitate exhalation. The valve of the FFP3 mask allows droplets of the air breathed by the wearer to escape into the environment. The FFP3 mask with valve therefore only protects the wearer, but not the environment.

The marking "FFP3 NR D" identifies this mask as a product that should be replaced regularly after one day of use. In the meantime, however, there is a worldwide consensus among all responsible institutes that these masks should be reused in view of the current shortage.

After several hours of use, please put the mask in the oven for at least 30 minutes at a minimum of 70 and a maximum of 80 degrees heat. Afterwards it is disinfected and can be used again. You can use this procedure five to seven times before replacing the mask.

Each mask may of course only be worn and reused by one person.
