In addition, the LiveSaver ProMax counts your steps and uses them - in combination with your body weight, age and gender - to calculate your daily calorie consumption beyond the basic consumption. All data is stored on an app on your smartphone (Android from version 4.4 or iOS from version 8.4), with which the Smartwatch must be paired via Bluetooth.

This Smartwatch impresses with a razor-sharp, 1.9-inch display with 320 x 240 pixel screen resolution, which is enclosed in a particularly skin-friendly, water-resistant Zinc Alloy case. The wristbands are also made of skin-friendly silicone. They are interchangeable and designed for an arm circumference of 18 to 22 cm.

The HypTech LiveSaver ProMax is charged wirelessly. The charger is included in the scope of delivery. The battery runs for 14 days in standby mode. With normal use, it needs to be recharged after about three days. Charging takes two to two and a half hours and is possible at any normal USB port (computer, laptop, tablet).

The housing is waterproof according to the IP 67 standard (5 ATM).

The smartwatch can also be used as a door opener via the NFC function. The technical requirement for this is that the original access card for NFC door opening uses the standard frequency 13.56 MHz and not another, exotic frequency. The original access card must be copied with the smartphone app in order to use the LiveSaver ProMax as a door opener.

The measurement of heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, and sugar levels is currently still very inaccurate with all smartwatches and can neither replace a visit to the doctor nor the use of medical equipment.
